No, really: you take a BandAid, plaster it over the blister, then place a piece of the silver duct tape over the whole thing. For a toe you will have to tear the piece of duct tape into a strip. Wrap it up TIGHT (without cutting off circulation LOL). The duct tape prevents the BandAid from slipping off, and keeps the friction off your skin. It also works wonders if you don't yet have a blister but keep getting one in the same spot (ie- the heel or a certain toe). Just wrap duct tape around the sore spot (no bandAid) and voila- no more friction!
:)
I used to play ice hockey and our skates had to be super tight...blisters were inevitable unless you used duct tape.shizzknitshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12704739443616854277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4284167161553386846.post-23573209530019551682011-09-20T17:59:44.743-04:002011-09-20T17:59:44.743-04:00You crack me up - nice writing. You crack me up - nice writing.Annie Gregsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15866912614518703627noreply@blogger.com
