While the yoga postures presented in this course are suitable for most people, you may need to modify or skip some postures due to certain physical or medical conditions. It is up to you to listen to your body and you will be responsible for your choice to practice or not practice the postures presented. It is recommended that you check with your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.

  2. The daily asana practices will be about 30 minutes long, although there will be some shorter practices at the beginning of the course. I'd love to have you in the group, Kelly!
